Baseline in Year 1 exposed 42 mis-coordinated pairs across the protection scheme. All 340 numerical relays received new setting files, primary injection tested. Year 3 mid-cycle refresh caught a UPS refresh that would have moved a critical 11 kV feeder outside its coordination margin. Corrected before energisation.
