Do you do manual measurement or LiDAR?
LiDAR for any meaningful brownfield scope. Manual measurement is too slow, too inaccurate, and unsafe in operating plants. LiDAR is 8-12x faster, 1-2 mm accuracy, and works during live operation.
What software outputs do you support?
AutoCAD (DWG / DXF), SmartPlant Isometrics, AVEVA Isodraft, Plant3D, Bentley OpenPlant, IFC for digital twin handover. Other formats on request.
Can you generate weld maps?
Yes · weld locations identified geometrically + verified, indexed in BOM, weld numbering per your site protocol. Useful for inspection planning and NDT history tracking.
How fast can you turn around?
Throughput is ~5-10 km of isometrics per week from a fully scanned + classified point cloud. A 50 km unit: ~5-10 weeks. Add 2-3 weeks if scanning is included in scope.
Does this support shutdown planning?
Critical input. Fabrication shop needs isometrics 6-8 weeks before TAR. We routinely deliver isometric sets to TAR contractors for replacement-in-kind work.
